EJ Care Support Services are also designed to cater for culturally and linguistically diverse communities such as immigrants and refugees.

EJ Care Support Services provides culturally sensitive services, appropriate communication, and a culturally diverse workforce. We work with participants, their families and communities to promote equitable access to services for people with All Abilities from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

EJ Care Support Services endeavours to provide services for participants requiring care that includes an ability to communicate in their language and have the ability to access and eat their cultural food. To support our participants’ life journey, respect for traditions and beliefs is paramount to us.  

We are committed to ensuring our diverse multicultural participants are well supported through quality services and programs, along with being encouraged to attend cultural events that showcase their rich diverse cultures and customs held in the wider community.
